Health Initiative: GILEAD SCIENCES Inc. | 18 March, 2016
Dr Gurpreet Sandhu (Managing Director -- Reva Pharma) & Honorary Advisor (Pharmexcil); conducted meeting with Gilead management team at Indian Embassy (Washington) on 18th March. Gilead is playing an important role on HIV (ARV) and Hepatitis by working closely with Indian generic companies & government. Gilead has adopted the voluntary licence model to work with generic companies in China & India. This initiative has resulted in saving lives and offering affordable healthcare for millions across in the developing & emerging markets.
The meeting was attended by Jt. Sec (Ministry of Commerce), Minister of Commerce (Indian Embassy -- Washington), DG (DCGI) & DG (Pharmexcil).
